◉ Policies ◉ ✔ Maximum occupancy: 10 persons. This villa is guest-friendly; however, occupancy is strictly limited to the number of guests stipulated in the rental agreement. Additional guests are not permitted. ✔ Check-in: from 3:00 PM until « check your reservation » ✔ Check-out: until 10:00 AM ✔ Early arrivals and late departures can be requested but cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional fees. ✔ Main Guests must complete the check-in process within the specified timeframe (please verify the check-in deadline of your reservation); failure to do so may lead to automatic cancellation of the reservation without refund and will be considered a no-show. ✔ A valid passport with visa or entry stamp is required at check-in. Main guest on the reservation must be present with same name as their passport. If a nickname / other name is used, check-in will be declined without refund or changes. ✔ Security Deposit : THB 30,000 by Cash, Visa, or Mastercard at check-in. Refunded at check-out in the same currency and payment method if no damage has been caused to the Property or its contents. By Cash can be in your currency (approx.
