The house is a private property in an area called Safir Village approximately 3 km east of the small fishing village Ban Phe. Safir Village contains of 36 largely identical houses all private owned. There are two large swimming pools and a restaurant within the area. Since this is a private property and not a part of a resort or a hotel facility, your stay will come with some extra cost. Electricity is not included in the price and is calculated upon consumption. The fee is paid at the Safir Village reception when you check out.
Ban Phe is located in the Rayong province approximately 200 km south of Bangkok. The popular paradise island of Koh Samed is just a stone's throw away into the ocean from Ban Phe.
