We have the largest apartments and villas in Pattaya, all newly redecorated. The large units with open living spaces where you, your family & friends can relax, enjoy the views of our pool and garden. Enjoy the upgraded fiber optic high speed WIFI throughout the property. All living rooms have 55” Smart TV. Master bedrooms have Smart TV’s as well. Western style kitchens, full size appliances and large dining tables make dining-in a pleasure. We have many home deliveries options from a wide variety of restaurants available for you. Eat in the comfort of your apartment/villa or dine by the pool. Enjoy free time, stay connected to free fiber optic WIFI or watch the 55” Smart TV. Late check out can be arranged. No hidden charges. Free WIFI, no utility charge for water, free: cleaning service, linen changes, bath amenities. With new green energy policy, we give free electric allowance of 40 KW /day in 2-bedroom units & 20 KW/day in 1-bedroom units. Excess consumption only 6 THB per KW

We are looking forward to welcome you all to our private oasis in Pattaya. We have been busy at Butterfly Garden Boutique Residences preparing for that day. We have added some beautiful, new outdoor furnishings to our pool garden. These pieces were specially designed for us by a local artisan. We know you will enjoy the enhanced experience. Since we only have 15 units, social distance is always recognized. Each unit is a private residence that is maintained by our housekeeping staff for your convenience and well-being.free of charge every four days. Linens are professionaly cleaned at a commercial laundry to our hygenic specifications. We think sustainable environments are important.. Our green enery policy includes an electrical allowance for each room. 40 KW free for 2 bed units and 20 KW free for one bed units. Excess will be charged at 6 THB per KW

You can feel the pulse of Jomtien Beach and the vibe of Pattaya Beach from our up-market Pratamnuk neighborhood. Incredibly tourist friendly with coffee shops, restaurants, massage spas, mini marts and local markets all within walking distance. Walk to our local beach close by. Local transport can take you to Pattaya Beach or Jomtien Beach Centers where shopping, night clubs, cabaret shows and a variety of restaurants are open all day and late into the night. Adventure tours to cultural sites, snorkeling/dive operators, waterparks, golf courses, zip line tours and open zoos are all waiting for you.
