As well as privacy and an ideal location, Jitsin Villa has all the facilities needed for a perfect stay. These include small plunge pool, WiFi, AC, smart TV, and an impressive sound system. A large tropical garden allows you to unwind, bathe, play and eat while under the shade of the purposefully constructed BBQ area. If you wish to eat in the cool of the AC there is also a dining table inside. The indoor area has an open plan kitchen and living area with comfy sofas, coffee tables and dining table with chairs. The villa has a well-equipped kitchen. However, if you do not want to cook on holiday there are many delivery menus provided so you can order a large variety of different foods (free) to your door. We provide tea, coffee, milk, sugar and drinking water free of charge. It is a 2-bedroomed villa that sleeps up to 4 people plus 1 baby. Bedrooms one and two both have one large bed and air-conditioning. There is one bathroom servicing both bedrooms. At maximum capacity, the fifth guest will sleep on a sofa-bed in the living space. Conveniently for young and old alike, the villa is all on one level. It is accessed by a gently sloping, well paved road that is approximately 10 mins to the beach/town area (not via steep hills unlike many other family-sized villas here). All sides of the garden are surrounded by white walls for privacy and security. If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a travel cot, baby bath and high-chair free of charge. Every 2 days our housekeeping staff will come to clean the house and swimming pool, re-supply drinking water, change towels and remove rubbish. Every 4 days we will change bedding too. We supply all guests with bath towels, pool towels and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel.

We can arrange a taxi to and from the pier upon check-in and check-out (300THB each way). Alternatively, we can organise scooters to be collected at the pier or delivered to the house (300THB/day). Please let us know which boat company you are travelling to Koh Tao with, where you are coming from, and what time your boat is due to arrive so we can make the appropriate arrangements for your check-in. We will be waiting at the house to greet you and give a full introduction of the property and the island. After this, you can contact us if there is anything you need throughout your stay. We will also provide you with phone numbers and social media pages for local businesses in order to book taxis, arrange activities, excursions and make restaurant reservations/deliveries. A welcome pack is provided to all guests which includes many helpful hints and recommendations of where to go and what to do on Koh Tao. We are happy to make any activity bookings for you on your behalf. Examples of these include; speed boat charters, sea fishing, snorkelling, wake-boarding, secret hiking trails, cliff-jumping, rock climbing, Thai cooking classes, scuba diving, free diving, spa/ massage appointments and Muay Thai training.
