Property information

Please note internet and water are provided, guests are responsible for electricity at a rate of 6 baht per kilowatt, photo of the electric meter is taken at arrival, this is because there are air conditioners in all rooms and electric usage can vary a great deal. There is a 10,000 Baht deposit per stay. We always provide some complimentary drinking water at check in, and there is instant coffee, sugar and creamer provided as well. The house is 249 square meters with 4 bedrooms and 3 and one half baths.Have Wifi and Garage.There is an infinity swimming pool with a lot of outdoor living space including a second story deck. First class living at a reasonable price in one of the best locations in Phuket.

Neighbourhood information

excellent local restaurants, 7 eleven, mini big c a few minutes walk. One kilometer to Kata beach. A ten minute drive to Chalong pier and the thriving commercial area nearby. Recommended restaurants a short walk include Pad Thai Driver, Red Chair, Pomodoro, Best Thai food (across from 7/11 with the barbeque chickens). The Kata beach night market is worth checking out for a variety of food, but it is a bit far away near the north end of Kata beach, just before you get to Karon. The Pad Thai shop is highly recommended good local food about 1 kilometer away on Patak road down past Makro supermarket.
