The rooftop terrace boasts stunning panoramic sea views and features a barbecue area along with a comfortable lounging space, perfect for relaxation and entertaining. In our modern penthouse, indulge in the luxury of a private swimming pool, a well-equipped gym with stunning sea views, and your very own home cinema. You can also enjoy the shared facilities, including the large 50-meter communal swimming pool and a separate children’s pool, tennis court, fitness center and sauna, children’s playground, 24/7 security with surveillance cameras. The penthouse has 4 bedrooms and 4 beds. There are also a large sofa in the living room and 2 soft frameless sofas in the cinema room. Electricity is not included in the rental price and is charged separately based on meter readings.(7baht per unit)
