Property information

Newly renovated 4-bedroom, 4-bath pool villa in central Pattaya. The house was newly built in 2023, and the renovation will be completed in May 2023. The house is decorated in a modern European style. The entire house has two floors. The first floor contains the kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, cloakroom and two bathrooms. The second floor contains a laundry room, two bedrooms and two fully functional bathrooms.

Neighbourhood information

Near Jomtien Bus Station, 3-minute walk to a convenience store and a 5-minute walk to Jomtien Beach .The room facilities are complete and the surrounding life is convenient.
