Property information

2 and 3 bedroom villas with private swimming pool. Only 5-10 minutes walk to a beautiful Dong Tang Beach. Approximately 2.5 km to Walking street.

Neighbourhood information

The villa is located in Pratamnak Hill. This is the only area in Pattaya which give you both - Walking Street and the beach. The beach (Dong Tang beach) is in easy reach by foot, not more than 5 minutes walk. And Walking street is in 2.5 km, our area is the nearest with villas to Walking street, only hotels are located nearer.
