The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that credit card must be presented upon check-in.

The New Year's Eve Gala Dinner on 31st December 2025 is mandatory for all guests staying overnight on this date. The supplementary charges at THB 15,000 per an adult and THB 7,500 per a child. Rates are inclusive of 17.7% tax and service charge.

Ajour Bar will be reopen by 20th December 2025.
