Casa Bella is a new, private-pool luxury retreat nestled in the low hills near Bangrak and Big Buddha beaches, just minutes away from the most popular attractions and tranquil beaches. Bangrak is arguably one of the most centrally-located areas on Koh Samui, and is home to many restaurants, bars and shops. At the same time, the villa is located off the busy street in a peaceful setting without the distraction of through traffic. The main Bangrak beach-front street is only a 3-minute drive (10-minute walk) from the villa, as are 7-11 and Family Mart stores, offering items to serve most daily needs. In addition, numerous smaller shops and local fruit and vegetable sellers are just a few minutes’ walk away. Major grocery shopping centres, including Tesco, are just a 6-minute drive from the villa, as is one of Koh Samui's 2 Starbucks coffee shops...enjoy! ;-) Where and when is the construction happening? The owner of the land across the street from our villa is building a house starting December, 2021, and the construction will last approximately 1 year. The construction doesn't affect our villa directly, but there will be work activity during the daytime (8-5pm). Because the neighborhood is growing, it will also change the view we have of the surroundings. We are offering our guests deep discounts for the inconvenience, making the villa a great value.
