3. In the case of prepayment, the credit card used to make the payment must be presented at check-in. The credit card holder's name must match the name on the booking confirmation. Otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to deny the booking and request an alternative payment method.

5. Please inform Radisson Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation.
6. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
7. A deposit of THB 1,000 per day for incidental expenses such as minibar, restaurant bills, etc. is required upon arrival. It can be either by cash or a credit card.
8. One child, up to the age of 11, can stay free of charge using the existing bed when sharing the parent's or guardian's room.
