Electricity and Water are included and you won't pay anything extra on check-out. However, for long term stays (over 28 nights) electricity is not included and charged at THB 9/Kwh. Cleaning and laundry services can also be arranged with our friendly staff, additional charges apply for this. Please note that our villa is located on the mountain side, offering beautiful views and a peaceful setting. However, due to the hillside location, access requires a suitable vehicle. We recommend a 4WD vehicle or scooter 155cc or stronger(for experienced riders only) for a safe and comfortable journey. Ride share apps (such as Grab or Bolt) may be available, but service to the villa is not always reliable due to the location.
