Please be informed that the Metropolitian Electricity Authority will conduct a scheduled power interruption on Sunday, 16th November 2025, from 08:30 hrs. to 15:30 hrs. for system upgrading and tree trimming along the power lines.

The electrical power within the property will be temporarily unavailable and elevators will not be in operation throughout the power interruption. We therefore recommend using the stairs and making any necessary arrangements in advance to minimize any inconvenience.
