Property information

Smile House Villa is a spacious 3-bedroom villa with full furnishings and free WiFi access. The villa is situated within a gated resort with 50 other privately own villas. The resort has a beachfront with a large infinity pool, which is a short walk from the villa. Offering 2 floors, this air-conditioned villa has a living room with a sofa, flat-screen TV and a dining table. A fully-fitted kitchen comes with an oven, stovetop, and toaster. There is also a washing machine. The villa's outdoor area features a back garden with tropical plants and trees and a private swimming pool. It includes an outdoor Thai-style pavilion for lounging. Located on the northern-eastern side of Samui, Smile House Villa is 2.5 km from Choeng Mon Beach and a 10-minute drive from Samui Airport. From the living room, the staircase leads up to the second level which features 3 spacious bedrooms.  The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.  The further 2 guest bedrooms have a shared bathroom & shower. This second floor also features a large balcony with a garden view. Electric is charged at 7.7 THB per unit.

The property benefits from 24/7  gated security with full property management on-site if desired. The community has a private beach Tong Son Bay. Guests have access to the common pool on the beach as well. There is a massage shop and a few water sports, a Thai local restaurant and a five-star hotel on the beach.
