SunTien is a 500 sqm/4br beach front, tropical Vacation Villa. Nestled perfectly on the secluded bay of 'Haad Tian', a white Sandy beach on the west coast of koh phangan, just between the famous beaches of Haad yao and Haad salad with all amenities within reach. SunTien is a luxury, modern style 4br Villa, with absolute breath taking views of the sea, the sunset & a primeval jungle all around. Fit up to 8 people and offers the best scenery for your tropical vacation. The villa is beyond well equipped with professional BBQ, Pool table, treadmill and even a punching bag. Every room has beautiful sea view- first line to the beach. the access is easy and paved, with 2 car parking spaces on site

The location could not be better situated. Nestled in a quiet beach, between two well established big beaches - Haad Yao and Haad Salad. Making all amenities easily accessible, while still leaving the bay pristine as nature intended. Direct access to a white sandy beach, that is almost always unvisited by outsiders. Easy access with a car, scooter, taxi and even bicycles & by foot.
