Located in the town centre, Siam Guest House is 500 metres from Pattaya Beach. It offers a 24-hour front desk and rooms with cable TV. Free Wi-Fi is provided. The Siam Guest House is 300 metres from Mike Shopping Mall. It is a 90-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi International Airport. Air-conditioned rooms at the guest house feature hardwood flooring and are fitted with a minibar and refrigerator. Hot shower facilities and toiletries are provided in its en suite bathrooms. The Siam offers luggage storage facilities as well as safety deposit boxes at the reception for guests’ convenience. A wide selection of dining options are available along Pattaya Beach.

The Siam Guest House is found to be “Popular with Budget Travelers.” This long standing budget facility primarily caters to all persons traveling on a modest budget. and our primary purpose is to assure our guest of a easy and convenient stay. Nevertheless, all of our rooms are well maintained and have double beds, air conditioning, fans, fridge, mini bar, cable TV; en-suite bathrooms with hot showers; and The Siam Guest House will provide you with complementary internet access - with fiber optics service. You will find that we are only minutes from the Beach and we are only a short walk from all local amenities such as the city’s most popular shopping districts- with modern malls (Central Mall, Mikes Shopping Mall, the Royal Garden Plaza, and many shops that are great for bargain hunters); a stay here makes it possible for our guests “to shop till you drop.” Also, within the vicinity, there are numerous restaurants, bars/pubs, and the renowned colorful nightlife of Pattaya.
The Siam Guest House and Central Pattaya Residence (at the Base) is a favorite and popular with those “Travelling on a modest Budget.” The Siam Guest House has been providing budget lodging services since 1994 and the Condo units were built and put into service in March 2016.
