This 45 sqm apartment offers a smart, contemporary layout designed for comfort. The bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower. A fully equipped kitchen connects to a dining area and a bright living room with a sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children. The balcony overlooks the peaceful river-style pool framed by a lush tropical garden. The residence includes an all-day dining café, co-working space, children’s playground and a dedicated kids’ pool — ideal for families, long stays and digital nomads. The condo is located 700 meters from Bangtao Beach, known for water sports, stylish beach clubs and luxury resorts. Our rate is all-inclusive except for electricity, which is charged at 200 THB per day (full amount collected at check-in). Check-out cleaning and shared Wi-Fi are included. Children are welcome. No extra charge for children up to 12 years old sharing an existing bed. We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per guest. Weekly make-up cleaning with fresh bed linen and towels is included. After your booking is confirmed, we will open a group chat on your preferred app and share all arrival and stay details. Our team is available via group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm throughout your stay.
