Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There are 5 indoor pools on site, including a rooftop pool, gym, covered parking and 24-hour security. The residential complex itself is located near the beaches of Surin and Bangtao. Distance to the beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Nearby there are many cozy restaurants, massage parlors, convenience stores, 7 Eleven, Tesco Lotus, Family Mart and Super Chip. Surin Beach is located on the west coast of Phuket, in the bay between Kamala and Bang Tao. Its length is about 800 meters, width - up to 55 meters. The coast is covered with fine light sand. The water here is clear, turquoise. Surin Beach is popular with tourists and is distinguished by its versatility: those who are accustomed to a calm and measured pastime at the resort, and partygoers, surfers and couples in love, rest here. There are also quite a lot of locals on the beach.
