This lovely 275 sqm three-storey villa is situated in a picturesque area in the heart of Kata. The surroundings are filled with a lively atmosphere, cozy streets with many restaurants, bars, and local markets. Just a 7 min walk away, you can immerse yourself in the turquoise waters of Kata Beach, with its white sands and relaxing ambiance. With four spacious bedrooms, a private pool and an ideal location, this villa will give you an unforgettable holiday experience. This elegant 4-bedroom villa spans three stories, with the upper floor exclusively reserved for the bedrooms. Each bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a rain shower. Additionally, every room is equipped with a mini-fridge for your convenience. The villa includes a fully-equipped kitchen for your cooking needs, seamlessly connected to an open-plan living and dining area furnished with a generous dining table and a comfortable sofa. Big windows open into a private plunge pool where you can relax and unwind. Please note: Electricity is not included and is charged separately at 8 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person, as well as one set of complimentary shampoo and shower gel per bathroom upon check-in. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis.

The villa is located in the picturesque Kata area, within walking distance of mini supermarkets, Thai and international restaurants, fruit stands, shops and massage parlors. The beautiful Kata Beach is just a 7-minute walk away, known for its crystal-clear waters and excellent conditions for surfing, various water sports, and stunning sunsets. Other nearby attractions: Kata Noi, Nai Harn, and Karon beaches, Rawai promenade and sea gipsy seafood village (a market where you can enjoy freshly caught fish), Big Buddha, Phuket Town, Chalong Pier (starting point for excursions to outlying islands), Elephant trekking.
