The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen and a large balcony. It is located on the 4th floor (the building has 6), elevator available. First-class furniture with air-conditioning, soundproof windows, bed linen and towels, complete kitchen with all utensils, tapped water filter, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster etc., 65" (162 cm) LED TV with cable, Netflix, HBO on demand, free fast internet and parking with key card.

The distance to the beach is about 300m. In close proximity are 2 x 7/11 stores, the Kiss Restaurant (open 24 hours); Rompo market, during the day for some food and general merchandise, in the evening for diner; Banks, restaurants, laundries and Rompo Entertainment Plaza. Approx. 500m away, the Baht taxis go to Pattaya City; one kilometer away is a bus station (120 Baht directly from / to the airport, once every hour).
