This Exclusive three bedroom garden villa is situated near the famous Santiburi Golf Course amongst spectacular coconut groves and beautiful panoramic views on the fairways. The picturesque beach at Maenam is only 3km away.
We have open view to the mountains and coconut trees and partly to the golfcourse.
Because we have a dead end street it is safe for children to play around.
Me and my family are Koh Samui lovers for many years! As I can remember our first visit to the Island was more as 20 years ago.
It took us many years before we've decided to buy our villa.
Meanwhile we know a lot of people on the Island who can help us to make our guests happy and if necessary to solve the problems!
Until today we've had only happy renters and our aim is to keep it that way.
The picturesque beach at Maenam is only 25 minutes walk away and has a fine selection of traditional Thai and Western restaurants. Our neighbourhood is very quite but shops and restaurants are close-by. The Santiburi Golf Course is opposite our villa and makes it unique.
