Nice 3-bedroom villa on a 800sq.m plot of land in the heart of plai laem a few minutes drive from Choeng Mon beach.
The villa is composed of 2 buildings, the main one includes a large open plan dining/living/kitchen area as well as the master bedroom and a guest toilet.
While the second building is composed of the guest bedroom 1 and guest bedroom 2 as well as a storage area.
A lush garden surround the property which is entirely walled-in for better privacy and security. A nice private swimming pool is also available accessible from the living area and the master bedroom
I have been living on Koh Samui for 16 years now, so I am well aware of all things related to the island and Thailand in general. Always available on the phone if something is needed.
Quiet and nice neighbourhood with other private villas. It is located a short drive from the beautiful Choeng Mon Beach.
