The house is build in a contemporary style. A little on the hill. You overlook the see to koh panang. There is a garden with a variaty of palms. The house includes, twice a week cleaning, linen,electricity, water, free wifi. There is a service manager, she can take car of car rental, massage, cook etc..
I am a dutch men. Working in the hotel business for a long time. I have build the villa in 2009 and love this area of koh samui, because it has a quiet beach and several typical local restaurants
The neighbourhood is 30 minutes drive from the tourist city Chaweng. It is a green area, the golf course is nearby so are a lot of local restaurants.
