2 bedrooms+ 1 living room + 1 fully equiped kitchen + dinning zone which can be used for remote work, big balcony with partial sea view , the Ladies beach is at 20 m distance from the building, big garden outdoor lounge area with barbeque. The apartament is completely renew, clean and comfy.

chill neighborhood with few people. not crowded. supermarket, farmacy, restaurants and groceries very close. bus 5 from city center, by car
