Nice 88 sqm well-decorated apartment, all-equipped, inside a secured residence. High speed internet with a router in every apartment, Live TV application includes worldwide satellite channels, movies, and series. Free parking within the residence. Heating and air-conditioning available. Many nearby services including grocery stores, restaurants, hospitals, banks, etc. Minibus station at the residence gate. The residence does not have a generator in case of electricity cut off.

Directly facing a green park. The area has plenty of shops, coffees, and restaurants. Mini buses in front of the gate. Bus stop 200 meters away. Metrobus station 5 minutes away by car. Four shopping malls between 8 – 12 minutes away by car.
