About the villa. Great views from 2 bedrooms and a living room. The villa has 4 terraces. All terraces have a great view of the sea. Each room has its own toilet and shower. The large bedroom has a jacuzzi. The villa is spacious and very bright. The renovation was done a year ago. Advantages of my villa. FIRST is the location. The villa is located on a peninsula, in a clean, quiet, elite place with typical Greek-Roman style buildings. SECOND is safety. At the entrance to the peninsula, on the only road, there is a police station with cameras. The territory of the villa is fenced and is suitable for safe accommodation with small children. THIRD is a quiet place: you can’t hear either roads or mosques. There are no large hotels nearby. INFRASTRUCTURE NEARBY. * the sea is 5 minutes’ walk away. comfortable descent * top restaurant in Kas Zayka 10 minutes walk * tennis court 5 minutes walk * shop 10 minutes walk * to the center of Kas 5 minutes by car * great place for morning jogging. Ring road around the peninsula 6 km * 2 beaches with comfortable entrance within walking distance. One is ideal for children. * Montessori children's club 5 minutes walk * we live 3 minutes from the villa. We have been living in Turkey for 6 years. Of which 4 years in Kas. We have four children. We love and know this place well. Our house is just 3 minutes from the villa. We organized a children's club Bukashki, where you can leave your child in an educational atmosphere or play with him yourself.
Nearby: - tennis court (5 min walk) - restaurant (10 min walk) - market (10 min walk) - our beach (5 min walk) - town (5 min drive) - sunset viewpoints (5 min drive) - 3 large beaches (5 min drive) - jogging path around the peninsula 6 km - kids club (5 min walk) How to get there: go to the peninsula (Yarimada). There is only one road to the peninsula. At the police station, turn LEFT and drive about 1.5 km. Then turn left at the FIRST LEFT. Go downhill and follow the main road. On the left side you will see Villa Ruya, and the next villa is ours. Park at the sign Villa Su (there is space for 1 car, if you have more, park the others on the street) and enter the gate. The LEFT block of the RIGHT building is Villa Su. Call me upon arrival, I'll be there in 3 minutes.
