“飯店很舒適，房間內有放和室桌，可以吃東西，蠻不錯的，地板很乾凈，這次住的房型沒浴缸，熱水很熱，洗澡很舒服。有兒童遊戲室，小孩很開心。”

“房間整體乾凈，舒適度很棒；離老街近很好買東西(對面的炸高麗菜包好吃)本來以為會有吵雜的聲音，但隔音不錯。 入住時大廳的服務員們都很親切。當時有下雨，有主動提供雨傘，詢問客人要不要使用；停車場位置也馬上作指引及幫忙協助先拿下行李。詢問櫃台人員關於自行車遊的事項也提供了很好的解說。 隔日因要去遊湖暫寄行李在大廳，另有提供給我們寄物櫃使用真的讓我們覺得很放心，很棒！”
