“火車站後站走路不到三分鐘，很方便。商家還送了點心袋，很驚喜！房間空間蠻大的，浴室也蠻寬敞的，可惜沒有浴缸。床兩邊都有床頭櫃，放東西很方便。 老闆有提醒離峰時間熱水要放水一段時間才會熱，洗熱水澡前要先放水確定水熱了再洗。”

“行程有狀況必須提前一天入住，我們在1點多就到達，房東知道我們有狀況立刻讓我們提前check in。房內該有的都有包括冰箱，雖然設備不是很新，但整體整潔、明亮。特別是車位，讓入住不用擔心車子問題。謝謝房東，未來到花蓮這會是入住的第一選擇。”
