“老闆老闆娘非常和善，飯店位在礁溪市區中心，逛街方便；停車場在附近，老闆自行吸收停車費；房間很乾淨，雖然是老飯店，但是老闆跟老闆娘把環境整理的很舒服；房間內就可以泡溫泉，安安靜靜的享受！”

“住宿地點距離礁溪車站和鬧區很接近，交通上走路開車都算方便，若有停車需求建議提前打電話和店家確認，一抵達住宿地點老闆也會在裡頭協助辦理入住，非常親切；這次是住在四人房，會需要爬樓梯，如果有大行李或行動不便的需求就要再考慮看看，隔音上覺得還不錯，房間大小適中，整體環境像爺爺奶奶的房子，十分可愛，環境整潔，這次入住並沒有潮濕的感覺，價格合理，下次再去礁溪會再考慮入住！”

“老闆跟老闆娘很親切，房間就可以泡湯，雖然是家庭式浴缸，成人只能一個人泡，但是以這樣的平價價格也不用在挑剔什麼～～當然不能跟大飯店比 泡完之後躺在大床上，真的很好睡🤣 因為我們是臨時決定要入住，所以到的時候已經9:00多，老闆娘說若是住2樓晚一點還可以泡湯，但因為馬達會關閉，所以出水量會比較小（實測之後覺得沒有差多少），但4樓就不能泡了，因為畢竟馬達聲很大，怕吵到其他住戶，所以選擇2樓，整體來說平價但又不差”

“來礁溪都會來住金格，老闆跟老闆娘一樣如往常的親切，房間及浴室都重新裝潢，比以前更加的舒適呢，連停車都有專門配合的停車場，退房時老闆還會親自一起到停車場協助幫忙，真的是太親切了，旅館的外觀雖然看起來沒有很新，但這真的是一間很親切很溫暖的飯店唷，而且地點超好的！”

“地點距離商店街很近，附有停車位，雖然沒有電梯，但是有老闆幫忙搬行李；溫泉水出水速度很快，可是晚上11點到早上8點半會關閉溫泉水，所以要早一點洗澡。”
