“房間蠻大的維持的不錯很乾淨，有超大的浴缸可以在房間內泡溫泉，很讚，浴室沒有看見發霉的地方，廁所乾淨維持的不錯。員工態度很好，主動打招呼及詢問是否需要幫忙。出雲風呂裸湯很棒，就像在日本一樣。早餐雖然種類沒有到很多，但中西式皆有口味也算不錯，特別的是有牛肉湯，台南早餐的特色，好吃。覺得唯一的缺點是，冷氣太冷，不管怎麼調整都是22度，晚上睡覺上演搶被子大賽。”
