- the hotel does not accept visitors after 22:00. All visitors after 22:00 will be considered as hotel guests and should pay room fee.
- the hotel offers free shuttle services from Siziwan Metro Station to the hotel between 8:00 and 16:00. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property 1 day in advance if they wish to make use of this service. This can be noted under "Special Requests" during booking or by contacting the hotel/property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
- 1 child 3 years and younger can stay in an existing bed free of charge.
