This apartment is very spacious, its is an open kitchen and living room concept where you do the cooking and interact with your family or friends at the same time. The beds are comfortable and one of them being a kingsize. There are two large windows in every bedroom and in the open kitchen and living room for a breezy airflow. The hot or warm water is available in all the bathrooms and in the kitchen. A walking distance to the gym, local shops and restaurants and even to uber and bolt parking cars. Since you share the compound with other tenants who are friendly it is easy to interact or even ask some questions for clarity.

The neighbourhood is quiet. Guests enjoy walking around the neighbourhood on foot, the local restaurants around for example Acapulco Mbweni, At Maiko's, Ndege beach club Mbweni Jkt, At Mahali, Guests also take a few kilometres drive to Jambo supermarket Bahari beach, At Ledger plaza or Bahari beach hotel for a swim in the pool or in the Ocean, At Barra Beach for an extra ordinary beach front restaurant, At Rudy's farm for the famous berberque and the taste is always mouth watering. Guests also take longer trips to The ferry for a Zanzibar visit, also to around town for 5star hotel experience like to Sea Cliff hotel, Serena hotel, etc. Also at Mlimani City Mall and to other plenty paces in Dar es Salaam.
