Cosy, warm and clean room-key in a 4-room apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet location near Metro station levoberejnaya. The Metro 3 min. Near Park zone, a beach on the banks of the Dnieper. on foot, free parking near the house, 24-infrastructure, excellent transport interchange. In room with one bed, a clean bed, air conditioning, hair-dryer, digital TV, Internet WI-FI in the apartment there is a washing machine, kitchen utensils, a refrigerator. Metro station Levoberezhnaya, 24-infrastructure, shop Eldorado, banks, McDonald's, pizzeria, cafe, pub, restaurant, market, supermarket Novus, Furshet, free parking, park, beach on the banks of the Dnieper. The owner lives in the apartment.

Neighbourhood information

The best area in Kiev on the left bank of the Dnieper. An ecologically clean, quiet, comfortable and absolutely safe area for living. An excellent location with a developed infrastructure as well as a park and a beach area. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is located within walking distance from the house. Nearby is the International Exhibition Center and the metro. A great place to relax and implement your plans to visit the city.
