Затишна квартира з дуже зручною транспортною розв'язкою на Луцьк, Тернопіль, Львів, Київ. В одночас з близьким розташуванням до центру міста. Також із розвиненою інфраструктурою району поруч ресторан "Кінза", стоматологія "Neollit", безліч продуктових магазинів, авторинок, ТЦ Екватор, Метро, Велмарт, АТБ, Епіцентр. Автономне опалення, євроремонт, балкон, свіжа постіль та рушники, зручний ортопедичний матрац, посуд, кава, чай, вся побутова техніка (пралка, холодильник) та кухонне приладдя (можна готувати), душ, гаряча вода, швидкісний інтернет, зручна стоянка під будинком. В квартирі може розміститись чотири людини.
