“Failte” Welcome as Gaelige. Newly built luxury home, with spectacular views of the city. 3,000 SF space for guests to enjoy their stay set in the Wesley Heights neighborhood, only a 15 minute walk to Blue Blaze Brewery, Pinky's and the Lucky Dog Brew. Also close by are Bank of America Stadium, short uber ride to South End, Plaza Midwood, Noda to name a few. Home is setup with everything guests may need to enjoy their stay and I am available for any suggestions. Stunning modern construction on the West side, across from the greenway with long range views of the Charlotte skyline from the living level, upper level loft and master suite. This house has a full bedroom suite on every floor, walk-in closest. Wide open living level with deck. Large kitchen with island seating, separate pantry built-ins & bar area plus ample dining space, tons of natural light from the oversized architectural windows. Recessed lighting throughout keeps the line of sight open and clean as a whistle. Herringbone blue glass kitchen backsplash, Carrera quartz countertops in kitchen and bathrooms.
Failte means “Welcome” in the Irish language. We hope that you feel the same during your stay! I really enjoy traveling, cooking and spending quality time with my family and have set Failte's homes up for guests to do the same with their close friends and families as they stay close to the wonderful city of Charlotte.
Few of our favorites are Noble Smoke (BBQ) near Wesley Heights neighborhood, Pinky's like hotdogs, burger variants. Blue Blaze brewery is a short walk away through the park. In Noda, Uber away in the heart of Noda you have Haberdish, Crepe Cellar and Cabo Fish Taco. Real Artsy neighborhood. Famous and original Amelia French Bakery for awesome sandwiches and amazon baked treats (worth a try). Barcelona Wine bar is also a must if you like small plate tapa style food (really trendy environment, advise booking), located in SouthEnd. Also have to check out Charlotte Beer garden, with a world record number of beers on tap. Love Suffolk Punch brewery. Our favorite pub is Workman’s Friend. It’s an Irish inspired pub in Plaza Midwood. I recommend the fish and chips with a Guinness! Steakhouse wise there is Capital Grill located in the city. There are loads to choose from in the vicinity of a short Uber drive. Also worth a trip to the white water rafting center with your group, activities (wall climbing, zip lines, kayaking etc.) you can do together, along with places to eat and drink Thanks, Failte
