Discovering your ideal retreat and relax in our 5-bedroom apartment on the 2nd & 3rd floor of a 1900’s vintage 2 family home with a lot of characteristics to it. Hidden on a quite street in Milton, safe family neighborhood. It is conveniently located on the bus stop and closes to all major Highways I93/95.Steps away from restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, fast food and coffee shops Access to the space is through the main or back doors of the house. Please be aware, climbing stairs is required for access. Each stair has about 10 -12 steps. - Living room with 55” smart-TV, and comfortable seating area. - Bedroom 1: 1 king bed and smart TV - Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds and smart TV - Bedroom 3: 1 bunk beds and smart TV - Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed and smart TV - Bedroom 5: 1 full bed, 1 bunk bed and smart TV (specially for childred) - In the attic, there is a watching with smart TV 75inch, gym, game, reading area. - 2 full bathroom with full toilet papers, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap. - Parking: There are 2 car parking lot on site. One is inside the left garage, one is in front of the garage and freely park on the street if available.
