A 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo with ocean views on all three floors. The first floor is the main living area with a kitchen, living room, dining room and powder room. The 3 bedrooms are found on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The master suite has a walk in closet, private bath with double sink and the deck with breathtaking ocean views. Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed and a balcony with water views. On the second floor there are two bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom has two twin sized beds. The 2nd full bath is a shared hallway bathroom with tub and shower combination. Owner Expense Fee of USD 200 for all rentals. **BLANKETS NOT PROVIDED**
