This beautiful 3BR/3BA townhome is located in the riverfront community of Waters Edge that offers the best of both worlds, from communal swimming pool and a fishing pier, to a 10-minute walk (3 min golf cart ride) to the beach! This townhome accommodates 6 guests and features hardwood floors throughout the entire house. The main area offers an open concept kitchen/dining and living room that leads to a screened in river view porch. Beach equipment is not provided, but if on the property you are welcome to use it. NO Smoking or Pets allowed. Check-in time: 4PM; Check-out time: 10AM. You must be at least 30 years old to rent this property. The property is monitored by a noise monitoring system. It does not listen or record but will alert you and the office if your group goes above the noise ordinance limit. If this occurs your group may be asked to vacate the property or be fined.
