This second-floor gem offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in the oceanfront Beach Walker complex of the Amelia Island Plantation. The gated AIP community is a beloved 1,340-acre paradise that is surrounded by maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and pristine, sandy beaches. Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP. Come relish beachside living at it's finest with a quiet, picturesque seashore, an expansive complex pool, and miles of beautiful walking/biking trials. Relax and wake up to the ocean sunrise, enjoy the easy access to the beach, and splash around in the large, renovated Beach Walker pool. The condo’s recent upgrades include stainless steel appliances, wood vinyl-plank flooring and a dedicated water heater for luxuriously long hot showers. All furniture, fixtures, decor and custom blinds are less than three years old, with the neutral colors creating a calm, restful environment. The gorgeous kitchen and family area are on the first level, with an open concept layout. The balcony is accessible through the dining area and has superb ocean views. Another sliding door on the opposite side of the living space opens to allow for a refreshing cross breeze. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom await on the second level. The third level is the quiet main bedroom and full bathroom. There’s ample closet space throughout the unit for guests’ use. When needed, there's also a sleeper sofa in the living room.  The unit has a designated parking space in the parking deck beneath the building. A storage closet next to the parking space is a great place to tuck your beach gear. As part of this rental, a custom digital guestbook is provided with thorough property information and a local area guide sharing our favorite restaurants, attractions, and more! Guests can also book services at the Omni Amelia Island Resort's luxurious spa, or enjoy the many shops, nature center, and delicious restaurants nearby. If venturing out beyond the gated AIP grounds, guests also love to visit the charming Fernandina Beach Historic District, which offers an impressive lineup of dining and shopping options about 20 minutes north on Amelia Island. Golf is available at many great courses in the area as well. Please be advised this property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities.” This means there is restricted access to the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center, and shuttle service, and that Racquet Park only offers free play to club members and their guests.
