What a fabulous location! You will see spectacular views of the harbor, ocean, and town from this beautiful multi-level house built on the hillside of Avalon. The lower half is two stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Is a great vacation spot for families and those who want to avoid the hustle and bustle of town. There are only 21-25 steps down the side of the house to the entryway, which would lead you to the top floor, right into the living/dining room area. Access a large private balcony through sliding glass doors, where you can sit and eat while you admire the scenery. The kitchen is fully stocked with essential appliances and plenty of counter space. Continue through the top floor to enter the master bedroom and master bath. Stow all of your belongings in the very spacious closet, and enjoy a comfortable night's sleep on the large king bed. **There is construction in the neighborhoud that can, at times, be heard in the house, from 9am - 7pm. Stair access to lower level is by the front door, which will lead you down to the other two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed.
