We're just 3.5 miles from downtown Silver Spring and less than a minute's drive to the 495 Beltway, providing easy access to Washington, DC, Virginia, and Baltimore. You can easily walk to New Hampshire Road and drive to North Capitol in Washington, DC. The guest area on the first level features three bedrooms with queen-size beds, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room with an open dining area, and a coffee bar. Guests have access to three emergency exits: two on the left side near the main entrance (accessible from the parking lot) and one in the backyard. The backyard and parking lot are shared with the host, who resides on the second level with a separate entrance. Guests will have a designated sitting area in the backyard and two complimentary parking spaces during their stay. **Access:** Please note that access to the host's area is restricted unless necessary for maintenance or emergencies. The utility room for both levels is located on the first floor, separate from the guest area. Access to the guest entry will be granted 24 hours after full payment. **Nearby Facilities and Attractions:** The neighborhood is quiet and safe, perfect for pleasant strolls to nearby parks, with C8 and K6 bus stops within walking distance.
