This classic Cape May home is located just 6 houses from our beautiful beaches, steps to the downtown shopping of the Washington Street Mall and close to many of the local favorite restaurants! With off street parking for up to 6 cars and the ideal location, you can park and forget about driving for the rest of your stay! If the location isnt enough, the home itself has everything you will need for your vacation. 19 Perry welcomes you with a wrap around porch, covered with an awning and filled with rocking chairs for Cape May relaxing any time of day. Once inside, the first floor offers a large open style eat-in kitchen with an island a kitchen table, a full bathroom, a formal dining room and living room. The first floor is spacious and open. It is perfect for spending some quality time together during your stay! Up the stairs on the second floor you will find three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The three bedrooms are all connected with privacy doors between each of them and separate entrances for each from the hallway. At the back of the second floor you will find the full bathroom and a bedroom that overlooks the back yard complete with a Queen bed. The large middle bedroom has another Queen bed and a sitting area situated in the warm Cape May sun. The spacious front bedroom has two Twin beds and an ocean view! Up on the third floor, there is another three bedrooms and full bathroom. The back bedroom is closest to the bathroom and is situated with a Queen bed.
