The place is designed for peace & comfort. It has a modern design and a new full-size kitchen with new appliances. Bathroom with rain shower head and bathtub; Comfortable Full-size bed & Queen Pullout Sofa bed, large closet, fresh linens and plush towels, Central Heat & AC, Free Wi-Fi, and In-unit UV/HEPA filter. Please Note: EV Charging unit available at a fee per 4-hour session upon request. Please contact the host to activate the EV service and discuss EV fees.
Host: Edwin: His education and training comes from experience as a licensed and practiced Real Estate agent. Edwin has acquired experience in customer service and how to create an environment in the home suited for the right needs and comfort of the client. Co-Host: Simon, recently retired from Los Angeles Police Department in 2019, after having served for 20 years. He has acquired experience in law enforcement from years of working in different capacities and with emphasis on safety and security of the public. This experience has helped him facilitate a very safe environment for their guests. Currently, Both Simon and Edwin work from home and their main goal will be to meet your hospitality experience.
