Self check-in is required for guests unless you need assistance on arrival, then myself or my cohost will meet you to check you in. otherwise, this is a self check in by lockbox. Only one parking space is available per reservation. Local guests (residing in Los Angeles) will be required to pay a three hundred dollar refundable security deposit upon arrival. This will be returned on your checkout day after a full inspection.
