This gorgeous Alameda 2 BR 2 BA house has 2 free parking spaces. The house is 4 blocks from the Alameda/Oakland ferry station on Main St. A very easy walk to the Ballena Bay Marina to see the sailboats and San Francisco accross the bay. It has AT&T internet 1000 (fiber 1 GIG) speed. It also has CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING and heating. It is in a quiet neighborhood. This house with open floor plan. 2 bedrooms 2 baths. Large front yard and 2 parking spaces in quiet neighborhood. kitchen has Quartz countertops, new white kitchen cabinets, gas stove, dishwasher, CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEM AND AIR CONDITIONING The house is a new construction, built in 2019. It has all the modern appliances. Quartz countertops, dishwasher, gas stove, built in microwave oven, CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING, garbage disposal, Large refrigerator. Red cedar wood ceiling in the living room and kitchen area. open floor plan. There is a wooden back deck with table and chairs for outside dinning. The master bedroom has French doors that open out to the back deck. The master bedroom has its own en suite private bathroom. everything is built in a modern upscale style.
