This house is located in a very quiet neighborhood of SW Cape Coral. You will rent 2 Private cabanas /Paradise & Sunshine/ with 2 private bathrooms, outdoor kitchen and a private heated pool, newly renovated with new furniture. The nearest beach is Cape Coral beach, which is about 7 miles 15 minutes drive, Publix and Local restaurants are lest than a mile away, 5 minutes drive from a beautiful Cape Harbor and their restaurants, Gathers and Rum runners, and 7 minutes from downtown Cape Coral. You will have access to Free private parking on the driveway, WiFi, Grill, Coffee, lotions, body wash will be provided and a lot more etc.
