Gorgeous, updated condo in the Courtside Villas complex on the south end of Amelia Island. This villa is in the gated Omni Amelia Island Resort and is convenient to the beach, complex pool, walking trails, and restaurants. Beautifully updated and decorated, you will truly feel like you're on a wooded island retreat! The living area and both bedrooms have flat screen televisions, and the well-stocked kitchen has beautiful granite countertops. This villa is complete with top-of-the-line linens and plush furnishings. Lots of thought has been put into making this a comfortable and inviting place to vacation! The unique design of this villa makes it a great option for a family with multiple kids or couples wishing to travel together but still have their privacy. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has two queen-sized beds and an attached bathroom with mini fridge and coffee maker. The condo's balcony gives you a great view of the natural surroundings on the resort. This villa can comfortably accommodate six people.

Courtside Villas is located in the Omni Amelia Island Resort, formerly known as the Amelia Island Plantation. With this rental, guests enjoy access to both Courtside Villas' complex pools, the beach, walking and biking trails, the spa, shops, and many great dining options. Golf is available at many courses on the island. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available - please inquire for additional information. Please note this property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and is privately owned and managed. It does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities" (hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service) and Racquet Park is exclusively open to Club members and their guests. We will gladly answer any questions about other activities and amenities available on site!
