This is a charming 2bed 1bath, close to downtown Long Beach (LB), the beach, major attractions and major freeways. Depending on traffic... -5 min ride to downtown LB, aquarium of the pacific, and Queen Mary -8 mins to LB convention center -10 mins to the beach -20 mins to Huntington Beach Pier -25 mins to Downtown LA -26 mins to Knotts Berry Farm -28 mins to Disneyland -35 mins to Hollywood -40 mins to Universal studios -56 mins to Six Flags Magic Mountain -2 hours to San Diego Zoo
