This top-floor oceanfront condo has been refreshed with newly painted walls, new furniture, and new coastal decor.  Take your time waking up and sipping coffee on the balcony, watching the dolphins swim by. Soak up the sun on the gorgeous beach and dip off in the complex pool, both right downstairs. Spend your evenings taking in the stars over the ocean or head to the picturesque Fernandina Beach Historic District, conveniently located two miles away. There are even a few beachfront restaurants only a quarter-mile north, about a 10-minute walk in the sand! Fully equipped, 311 Oceans of Amelia has a king bed in the primary bedroom, with an attached bathroom, and a second bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom across the hallway. Whip up meals in the nicely supplied kitchen, featuring all-new stainless steel appliances. Laundry is a breeze with the washer and dryer in the hallway. Bed and bath linens are included and the modern traveler can enjoy high-speed Wi-fi.  Please note that parking is limited in this complex and this unit only has one reserved spot. With only 42 units in the building, Oceans of Amelia is noticeably tranquil without sacrificing a location that’s central to everything the island has to offer! When not soaking in the magnificent ocean views from the swiveling armchairs in the living room, guests can adventure to many nearby attractions, including Fort Clinch State Park and the Fernandina Beach Historic District. Both are only a few miles northbound on Amelia Island. To the south there are many points of interest including the public Fernandina Beach Golf Club and the historic American Beach.
