Welcome to my modern completely remodeled 3400 square foot house! Strip views from the backyard, master bedroom and living room. Very spacious and accommodates up to 12 people comfortably. 40 foot heatable pool and jacuzzi. Basketball court, golf putting green and a huge kitchen island. Has 5 bedrooms with 4 of them having an in suite personal bathroom. High speed internet and a basic cable subscription. Each Bedroom has it's own smart TV and the living room has a huge smart TV.
Amazing sunset and strip views!!! There is a security camera at the front door and garage for you safety too. We use quality linens and towels only so you will be in full comfort during your stay. There is a washer and dryer in the house with detergent included. All cooking utensils that you would need are there for your convenience. Air Conditioner works great which is really important here in Las Vegas.
Please remember this is not a party house so there are no parties allowed. Please remember like stated in my rules that from 10PM to 7AM are quiet hours so please be mindful of your noise level. If rules are not followed there could be fines and you can be evicted with no refund.
